SHINE Storytelling kicks off the year with a special performance on Saturday, February 3 at 8:00pm as part of the “9th Annual Fireside at the Miles,” Santa Monica’s cultural festival at the historic Miles Memorial Playhouse, 1130 Lincoln Blvd.

The evening’s theme will be “Through the Fire!” with storytellers sharing true stories of challenging situations they faced with courage. The evening draws its inspiration from the Robert Frost quote, “The best way out is always through.”
